Titles: Conformation: AKC Silver Grand Champion, International All Breed Canine Association Champion, Agility: Masters Jumpers Preferred (MJP) and Agility Excellent Preferred (AXP). Obedience: Beginner Novice (BN) and Canine Good Citizen (CGC). Jet was ranked in the Pug Dog Club of America Top 25 for the last three years. He was the #1 black Pug in the country for two years. Jet was Select Dog at the 2012 National Specialty and has earned multiple Award of Merits and Toy Group placements. Ranked as the #3 Owner Handled Pug in 2013, we were invited, and went to compete in, the AKC Eukanuba Invitational Owner Handler competition in Florida.
Now retired from the conformation ring we are focusing on Jet’s Agility and Obedience training with hopes of being a top-ranked Pug in those venues in the near future.
Favorite Food: Anything and everything...including fingers if you are not careful! Nickname “Piranha”. Band-aids are always a staple in the dog show bag.
Favorite Toy: Stuffed “Eore” that he has had since puppy hood -- sucks on an ear to go to sleep (and always the same ear.) -- will find it and bring it to whatever room we are in.
Likes: Cuddling with mom, running Agility, getting into mischief.
Dislikes: His face being washed and being told “no!”

About the Owner: Donna lives in Fremont, Calif. and is a retired elementary school Principal. Donna has been showing dogs since 1970. Her first show dogs were Great Pyrenees, which were nationally ranked in both conformation and obedience. Dogs have been the major focus of her adult life and she takes pride in the fact that all her dogs’ accomplishments have been “owner trained and handled”. She is actively involved in all things “Pug”, has been a member of NCPC since 1990, and is currently serving as the Corresponding Secretary. Donna is also Vice President of the Pug Dog Club of America.
