Junior World Champion - AKC Champion
Lex like
his father (Parker) and one of his sons (Wrinkles)
have received the honor of receiving their AKC
championship with four ribbons. He started his show
career winning 2003 Best in Match - Northern CA Pug
Club and in the same year Grand Sweepstakes at the
Puget Sound Pug Club and was awarded Best of Winners,
Best Puppy and Best Sweepstakes at the 2003 Patriot
Pug Dog Club Specialty week of the nationals.
Rounding out that week, Lex went Reserve Winners Dog
at Pug Dog Club of America National Specialty. Lex
launched his specials career going Best of Breed at
the 2004 Puget Sound Pug Dog Club March Specialty.
Lex
traveled to Brazil to compete in the 2004 World Dog
show and came home with a Junior World Championship
Title and memories to last a lifetime. He won Best
Junior both days and won a Group 1 and 3 and a Best in
Show Two.
Lex
received an Award of Merit at the Eukanuba
Invitational 2005 and an invitation to travel to
England for the 2006 Crufts Dog Show. Again Lex
received another AOM at the 2006 Pug Nationals in
Wisconsin and invited to the 2007 Crufts Dog Show in
England.
We gave
Lex a gold star for all his special qualities quite a
while ago. That star has shined brighter and bigger
with each day and with each day we love this special
dog even more.
